Sketch Swap is a fun little web page where you are able to draw something and send it to some random person that is also using the site. Sketch Swap will then give you a sketch that someone else has drawn. It can be a great way to get inspiration for a project, or even to just waste time on break at work.
Try it out, and draw something to give to someone else, and see what neat drawing someone else has for you.

In my browsing around the internet I ran across this project which has cause quite a stir in the blogging community. It is called tweenbots, and is an art/social experiment that Kacie Kinzer created. The robot that is on the website had a goal of getting from one corner of Washington Square Park in New York City to another.
Tweenbots are human-dependent robots that navigate the city with the help of pedestrians they encounter. Rolling at a constant speed, in a straight line, Tweenbots have a destination displayed on a flag, and rely on people they meet to read this flag and to aim them in the right direction to reach their goal.
The project was to see if people would actually take the few seconds to help the robot to it goal. Check out the video on the site and read to see if the little Tweenbot was able to get to his destination.

Pandora is a very unique site that will let you create internet radio stations based off of your preferences. When you get to the site you just have to enter in an artist or song name, and Pandora will go and find music with similar qualities to what you told it to find. From there you can give the song a thumbs up or a thumbs down. If you give the song a thumbs up Pandora will find songs that are similar to that song also, and play that song more often. If you give the song a thumbs down Pandora will stop playing that song and will never play it again for you.
Though you don’t have to sign up for Pandora, it is very benifical if you do. When you are logged in Pandora will save your radio stations that you make, and will remember your musical preferences from you thumbs up or down ratings.
I love to use Pandora at work because it will play songs that are what I want to here. Pandora may even show you new artists or songs that you have never heard of or that you did not think you would like.
